Just curious what oil did you use for your trans flush?

What a difference, the clutch operation is butter smooth now, no more jerkiness. Should have done this 4 years ago

I didn't flush my transmission oil, just brake fluid.

Changed my oil, and finally switched back to stock Bosch plugs. What a difference! Hopefully soon I can get the SSK, delay valve, ultimate clutch pedal, SS brake hoses, and fluid flushes done.

Getting my trans oil, pan/filter and gasket changed out. Kinda waited a bit longer than I should have at 114,000 miles, but just glad it's over at Schneller BMW now. Currently praying to the BMW gods that the transmission doesn't go south after this maintenance. Man, some of the stories I've heard....shiiiiit.

I finally got my Dme replaced. Car was down for 3 weeks. Out of warranty by 300 miles so had to fork over out of pocket 😡. Replaced all coils and car is running great. Reinstalled my jb4 and had the car detailed.

UPDATE: So it's been 3-4 days since I collected my ride from the transmission oil job. Had the oil, trans pan/filter and gasket replaced. I've driven a handful of hours on my long commute to and from work logging in 250+ miles easily. Since I bought her over 2 years ago, it's always ran well as I immediately sorted out whatever little mechanical gremlins there were at the beginning. I never had an issue with the transmission at all, but in say the last 2-3 months I started experiencing minor "thuds" while it changed gears and slippage. There were three incidents where at a stop when I applied the accelerator I got a rev instead of forward movement and once, actually on the way to get this work done, I got a slip/rev between gears while cruising at 40-45mph. After the job, I spoke with Mike the owner and Brian his mechanic about it. They suspected like I did, that this car had never had the trans oil changed by it's previous owner(I'm the 3rd, dealers don't count ), likely because BMW said that it was "Lifetime" oil and that statement justified dodging an expense like this. No, the shit wasn't cheap and before you say it , YES, I know that DIY could have saved me a bundle. Anyways, I know it's only been a few days and I should probably wait for a while longer before I'm completely comfortable, but I can say without a doubt that this was one of the best things I could have done for my auto.

Those minor "thuds" between gears I'd recently felt have been transformed to a silky smooth transition instead. The higher RPM's that it would sometimes take before shifts engaged, say 3.5-4K+have been reduced to 2.5-3K unless I really stomp on that accelerator, which I've done already, mwahahaha. And of course the transmission is now bathing in a fresh batch of oil. Man that just warms the soul. Being that my car's getting along in age, I think I'm going to try and do this say every 50-60K miles as I plan on keeping this car for years to come and I need to keep it as top drawer as possible. I mean, it won't take long before my son's 16 and begging dear old Dad for a car. That said, work continues for my humble 325 and I'm not looking forward to the next biggie...Water pump and thermostat. Shiiit!

Today is the first day of retiring my 335 m-sport coupe as a daily driver. Now using my e90 328 sedan for a daily driver. Saving the coupe for weekend trips.

Went from M-Sport Wheel with LCI Paddles to M3 Wheel with Extended Billet M3 Paddles.
I personally like the feel of the perforated leather on the M-Sport wheel over the the smooth M3 wheel. It felt more grippy to me. Might go back to the M-Sport wheel and find some scrap leather to fill in the gaps in the back.

Pics!

Yesterday I did my first polishing job, it came out pretty good. Used M105-M205 and M21 sealant. First I did a wash, iron-x, and clay bar. Then went on the polishing.
