SULEV vs ULEV Intake

From what I understand the SULEV n51 engine has the three-staged intake. Is there any horsepower gain through this intake? I live in PA which is a SULEV state but I managed to find a ULEV e92. I wonder if simply switching the one over would give any hp gain.

If you want to add a 3 stage Intake to a N52 ala first year 330 see the
Engine sub forum

328 to 330 = three stage Intake plus tune maybe 30 hp gain at top.

330 n52 had the three stage but also was tuned for it and had a better exhaust.

Pretty much just need the intake with working valves and you can flash the car to 330i with bimmerlabs and then some more with a custom tune. Benefit of it not being sulev is there's more upside to modifications which I'd prefer

330i was 258hp? Or at least that’s what BMW rated it at.
