Central Locking Key Fob Unlock not working

So I have had this problem before, where upon pressing unlock, the car would beep instead of unlocking and continue to beep intermittently (like the alarm is going off but I don't have the really loud alarm on my car)

E90 EfficientDynamics 320D

Normally I can sort the problem out by opening the car using the blade and putting the key in the slot in out a few times and then pressing start

Lately, these occurrences are getting more frequent in nature and the same old trick is taking longer to work. I haven't sorted the recall out yet (the 2018 battery issue, which i know can cause central locking issue)

What to do?

I have just done a scan it shows the following codes:

452a
43a2
4cb4
4c18

9d44
9d44
9d44
9d44
9d44

I gues the 9d44 is the siren. Why does the siren go off? is it intermittent battery or something?
