Help Needed

Keep getting this fault code

3f03 - Boost pressure sensor, signal

Many garages struggling to find the issue, but I know there’s a issue there because the fault code keeps on coming back

I was wondering if anyone on here has ever come across it before

Replaced the boost pressure sensor on the intake manifold.

When you posted related to the 3F03 Code 6+ months ago, you indicated you have a 2011 330d. I don't know anything about DDE's or WHAT Variant that vehicle has. However, here are the Definition of that Code and Fault Information Sheet for N57 (?) and the d73n57d0 DDE.
3F03 | Boost pressure sensor, signal | d73n57d0 | Digital Diesel Electronics
https://bmwfault.codes/XMLDiagView?d...kAOAA1ADAANAA=

According to that Fault Info Sheet, the Fault Code is set when there is an implausible difference between Charging Pressure, and Ambient Pressure for more than 10 seconds. I would presume INPA or ISTA should allow you to view "Live Data" of those values as received by the DDE with engine running.

Hello thanks for the response back George ,

Correct I am the same person who posted 6+ Months ago regarding this fault code

Thanks for the additional information for the fault code I’ll have to check the charging pressure and ambient pressure on ista , just not having much luck atm with this fault code , it’s probably going to be a short in a cable somewhere with it being a signal but Im not to sure
