Thank you.
I also recall digging around realOEM and in Euro 130i and Euro e90 330i share the manifolds. Try to confirm though, it was a few months back.

It improved greatly. I have been off work for the last 2 weeks and it has been a lot of city driving but it is still better than my hwy/city mix pre-headers. It can get ridiculously good on the highway.

Proper tires
Headers
2nd cat gone
tune

I would imagine would be pretty good mpg.

Hi All,

I am having this model built with a single piece mandrel bend piece of pipe in the bends. I should have the first sample within a week or so. If it looks good, I can make as many as I like.

The bends were being done and a problem arose with the machine. Slight delay but I hope to have some good news by week's end.

Yes. Currently, I wasn't pleased with some things so I asked for another sample. I will ask for another update and see what it looks like. Will try to post some pics.

soooo....the custom manifold prototype is done. Notice no welds and all bends in the cat delete section. I have been running mine for months without any issues. I don't want to re-install a new set. Anyone want to test these out let me know. It would be best if you are local.

If you were closer or even in the same country I'd consider taking my car to the dyno stock, mmw and your manifolds to test. They look great and there should be decent HP gains from removing the cats for sure.

Thanks for the offer. my dyno tests showed 10whp gain and about 15wtq on a dynocom. How were your headers after dyno? I now have a secondary cat delete too. The smell of exhaust with the windows down is intolerable. Same thing for you? I will dyno again to see what the secondary delete did.

I will be able to churn these out quite rapidly if this one last test goes right. Like Michael Corleone's papa said. It will be an offer no one can refuse.

I'm still pouring all my money into my turbo e30 build. Have not dyno'd. Yes at stop signs it is smelly lol!

your sig shows second cats deleted. I really wouldn't recommend you to go completely cat less. I can't roll down the windows period. If you idle for 5 minutes with the window down you will feel sick and maybe get a headache. I'd do primaries or secondaries. Not both.

youre probably right. my noise level is pretty much where i want it to be anyways. I wouldnt mind some more power, but maybe with a tune ill be happier.. but i know what youre talking about. my friend's bike has no cats and its pretty bad, im sure a car engine would be even worse.
