Pricing Help? E93

Hey all,
I posted this in the pricing forum but that forums kind of dead. What is the going rate on the following car?

Certified PreOwned 2008 Convertible

Exterior - Black
Interior - Saddle
Trans - Manual
Mileage - 40k

I bought a 07 just like that last summer for 32k but minus the navi and ipod. conv is a lot more expensive than coupe or sedan.

id say around 29-33k

i bought my 08 335i e93 vert with every option but the front radar mount for $30,xxx out the door, but also bought 5 year , 100,000 mile warranty which equaled a total price of $34,xxx. my 335i had 43,xxx miles when i bought it

look for another one unless they sell it to you for $32/$34,xxx

To be honest, even at $34k, an E93 with 40k miles is still too many miles. I remember a couple months back, Paul Miller BMW was selling an 07 E93 fully loaded with about 21k miles for $32k. He should just walk away from the whole deal.
