HI Inspection Sticker Mounting Plate?

What are people using as a license plate mounting bracket for their HI inspection stickers these days... Since the sticker design changed, I believe my current mounting plate that attaches to the license plate with the two stickers stacked vertically on my 328i touring and MINI Clubman is not the correct size and orientation. I'm bummed out as I like the way it currently looks, has a euro feel to it... Anyway, what are people using now? Any recommendations, where to buy, how much, pictures? Old style on my car now. Thanks from the Big Island! Update: NAPA sells for less than $15 a new mounting plate for the new HI inspection stickers.
