Question

Hello,
I am currently installing Brembo GT6 calipers on the front and GT4 calipers on the rear of my 335i. Using original discs.
I haven't installed yet but is coding required?
I will most likely install M3 master cylinder to match larger pistons.

There is no coding for the 335i

Do i need to bleed system via ABS pump?
Or is like changing calipers on any other car and just use the bleed nipples?

Just normal bleeding. I have only done pressure bleeding.

Master cylinder is fine with rear brakes to, as master cylinder is the same part as f30, and these brakes are a F30 retrofit without replacing the master cylinder.
You only have to replace the master cylinder when you install M3 brakes, as the have bigger piston surface

Sort of. Pre LCI F3x with M Performance may not have but LCI F3x cars with M Performance brakes came with a upgraded F8x MC from the factory. Whether BMW retrofitted the MC if they did a dealer installed upgrade I don't know.

What I do know, as someone that did this retrofit to my E92 335is four or five years ago, adding the E92 M3 MC does make a difference.

I think you cannot code it on 335. On 328 you can to performance package.

Did you do brake booster from E92 M3 too or just MC?

Check realoem and check compatibility chart on the master cilinder, they are the exact same partnumber on all except m3/m4, so unless you change to m3/m4 callipers, don’t change the master cilinder.

Yeah, MC is same on E90's except M3. But won't fit from F30. I think reason why people go MC from M3 is pedal feel.

Guys, sorry for bringing this topic back to top.
I am planning to do the 335i brakes swap on my 330i.
The only thing is that I really want to code it.
My car is EU spec May 2005 - is there possibility there will be no Performance Brakes option in my unit?
What option is it? S102A (S100A) because I can not find Performance brake option in here https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=717103
Thanks
