Headlights E92 pre Lci

My left head light cover seems to be letting in moisture, not to mention that they need some work on it as they have faded.

The right hand head lamp seems a bit refreshing after a polish was done on the light cover.

What is the best solution for the left head light ?

- change the whole lamp ?
- change the cover ( i dont want to use a cover from China ! Its gonna have issues soon !)

Replace the cover.
Make sure there are gaskets on all the parts that have them.
Ballast has a gasket, AHL module, and I think the turn signal bulb.

I am confused. My main light is pure white, i am assuming that it is a xenon. The angel eyes are however still the normal yellowish in color. This was done by the previous owner.

I have no idea how to deal with my lights.

This is my left side. Pictures when the head lights are turned on and off.

- can the angel eyes/both rings be made/changed to white bulbs ?
- right now the angel eyes should be halogen, right ?
- one of the rings is already much dim then the other

What are my best options ?
