To all the Vegas locals or anyone in the southwest region other than Cali:

This friday April 10th, let us all meet up at Town Square Plaza at 10:00am right in front of Borders by the main entrance.

The SoCal/NorCal caravan will be arriving at Jean, NV to meet with us and the helicopter at 11:30am(est.). Our meeting time will be at 10:00am at Town Square by the main entrance lot to gather all the locals willing to roll out together, then leave for Jean to meet with the Cali caravan at around 10:30am.

bump this if you can make it

The only over 21 is the club event at Tao which is separate from the registration...but if you want to save you can go to the car show and shine at the rooftop parking of the venetian sunday and invite everyone aswell as it is FREE....

Seems like an Oxymoron no? I was planning on going, but after reading what you said above, it doesnt seem like a BMW enthusiast is wanted...

Chris, you have said we will be asked to leave or pay and then you can come see the car show for free all in the same sentence. It doesnt make sense.

I honestly only wanted to see the cars, just like for Mfest 1. I dont care about the track, or the shirts/hats/keychains blah blah blah. But paying $150 to see a bunch of cars is just too much.

You can come out on Sunday for the car show and shine as it will be FREE, you will see all the cars and the vendors will be displaying their products (Sunday)...Mfest has evolved since you went the first time and grew that we needed to make necessary adjustments but still kept the same vibe...

Count me in I'll be there! just broke 500 miles this morning and i"ll be breaking in my car on the way to vegas. This is such a coincidence, I didn't know MFest was going on because I was originally going to vegas anyways for some fun this weekend and I read the forums and found out it was the same time that I'm going. I'm a firm believer when going to vegas to not stay at the fancy hotels, I would much rather spend the money on the bars/clubs/parties! I'll be at Circus Circus, next to the best hot dogs ever! I hope to see some bmws on the way to vegas, this is my route.

Synikal - did you register, and will you be taking part in all the Mfest stuff; or doing your own thing, and showing up on Sunday for the show/shine?

I think I'll just be doing my own thing, my parents are visiting and I'm taking them to vegas for the first time in ages, lol. Sad, yes, but I'm excited to take them out for a great time, my dad and I are car fanatics especially BMWs, so we'll be there for the Sunday portion the show shine. 10AM? I would love to go to the track Saturday i believe that is around 4:30pm? I wouldn't want to show up by myself, because I didn't register for MFest. Maybe we can go hit up the track and represent AZ/Phoenix! hehe

The Show&Shine on Sunday is free to anyone.
It's at the rooftop parking lot level 15/16, and runs 10am-3pm.

As for the Saturday track event; that's for Mfest participants and members of LVPCCA only.

When we're back in Arizona, you'll have to come out to some of the Thursday night meets we have going on!

If you want to do the track even you still need to pay the Porsche Club Event Fee ($175 for one day or $300 for both days) on top of the MFest fee ($125 or what ever) as its NOT included in the MFest fee.

I was going to track the Mini through LVPCA, but I decided to tint my windows that day instead ... lol ... Ill be at the car show on Sunday
