Can I get an extended warranty?

I've searched and searched but couldn't find a solid answer.

My car currently has 57,000 miles on it. I never got an extended warranty after 50k.

Is there any way I can still get a warranty from BMW? or do I have to go third party =/

please help

Third party only, I believe. You have to buy the BMW extension while your original warranty is still in force.

I have recently been considering a warranty for my 07 335i before it goes out of factory warranty, but I haven't found a good enough deal yet. Anyway, while I was talking to BMW Customer Relations today on a separate issue, they told me I could get a BMW warranty until the car is 8 years old or 80k miles. I have never heard of this so you might want to call them and ask. The number for BMW Customer Relations is 1-800-831-1117. Good luck, and update us if you call.

jrUTlaw - If you don't mind me asking, what do the deals look like? I am in the same boat and depending on the price, I will get the extended warranty.
