Gloss black shadowline trim touchup
I have gloss black shadowline trim and noticed the top edge had lost the gloss black and was bare metal. It really bugged me. So I got a metal marker and carefully made a streak along the top edge and the metal edge is no longer visible. There is a warmness to the marker color, but it's dark enough to blend and is better than the bare metal. It's made to go on metal so I'm hoping for durability.
Happy with the results, even if lowtech. Marker- Before During Before After

Good idea, but I have to say it's noticable in the picture that it's a different color or at least it kind of stands out in the picture. I have this problem on my car also.

Yes, when looking right at it, it is a warm near black color. But to me, a much better option than bright bare silver metal.
