Impressive sigures - and impressive torque curve. nearly 550Nm at 2.000 using a single hybrid id pretty awesome.

Finnish Pro Turbo that has been doing the large turbo hybrids for M57 has posted on their FB page that they are now also doing hybrid conversions from the N57 VNT turbo, but no pricing information is available nor given when asked. I'll probably need to call them up.

https://www.facebook.com/Pro-Turbo-2...29282/?fref=nf

In their post they mention that 400hp/800nm should be possible with this turbo and software only. I've been previously told that the N57 will run out of fuel before it hits these numbers, can anyone confirm/deny this?

Talked to him a while back and he quoted me $1100 euro plus a $250 euro core charge. I was looking to pick one up from him but been waiting 2 weeks now without a word from him so kinda lost hope on that.

The 100-200 km performance says otherwise. Must be using a "healthy" crank HP correction factor.

450hp@crankshaft should be correct with 100-200kmh just under 10s at 535D E60. That car is LCI model?

Cool. Looks like a PerfExpert plot. Do you know if that was wheel or crank results?

Couldn't read all of the description, but curious if you know what this is referring too in the link: "Now it's broken, 501hp from 335D engine"

Ah, thanks. The statement of a 335d breaking 500 hp must be specific for diesel only (no water/methanol assistance) applications then.

Hi guys,

The owner is a friend, we are currently working on his software, work in progress...

Don't focuse on the perfexpert curve numbers, because engine speed isn't well calibrated, so power number is too high (crank numbers). Curve is on diesel only...

E91 335D

Mods:
-R90 HP pump
-Hybrid small turbo with bigger compressor wheel
-Hybrid big turbo from pro turbo Fi with bigger compressor/turbine wheel
-Custom big turbo intake pipe from pro turbo Fi
-Dpf/Cat delete downpipe
-k&n air filter in stock airbox
-Egr complete delete (valve, cooler, straight pipe)
-Swirl flaps delete
-Custom software by an other friend with my help

We are currently mainly working on the bi-turbo setup.

Will keep you informed

Love the wagon. Wish they would've offered a 335d wagon in the USA... and with AWD.

Thanks for clarifying.

I look forward to hearing more about your build.

Any data or updates on this 250ml/min (3.88 GPH) pre-compressor injector? What are your methanol percentages? Any surfactant? What are your set points? Progressive controller?
