Rattle under load on low RPMs

I'm experiencing a strange (for me at least) rattle noise under load. It follows the RPM, and is most noticeable on low RPMs. This could of course be because of lower noise from the engine itself...
No noise without load.

I was thinking it could be the stock dual mass flywheel, but I haven't heard this noise anywhere else.

I've even tracked the car after the noise appeared. It has gotten a little worse, but not directly related to the hard (ab)use at the track.

2010 E90 335i N54. FBO, MHD Stg 2+.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a rod bearing to me
