This would be a great oppurtunity for you guys to meet them and see thier shop.

I personally prefer the "Saturday BBQ" feel, as opposed to the "sanctioned event". But I'm down as long as we all meet.

It was brought to my attention that this could take a long time if we only have 1 or 2 coders. There's like 5 of you guys with cables. I really really suggest you all watch the coding video multiple times so that after watching peer or Sherm code you can pick it up quickly and help streamline the process.

^^^This^^^ food and drinks sounds good haha but I'd be down either way, I've been reading up a bit more on the coding so there shouldn't be any issues. I really like the idea of everyone bringing in their own thumb/flash drive for the back-up of the original coding for their car just in case something does happen. it will be way easier to keep track of

I don't get what "sanctioned" event means? We are just getting together, it just happens to be next to a car shop that works on Bimmers =-). Joel and Ryan are way cool + we have a warm place to chill in if we get cold.

Being in Bellevue makes it easy to get food and drinks when we are done.

FYI, I just want the amber corner deletes =-). The stupid yellow lights up front look stupid =-).

Haha, sanctioned was probably the wrong word to use. I guess maybe, public venue vs private? I'm having a hard time describing the difference between a member house and an auto shop. Either way, I'm cool with the consensus. But if I had to choose, it would be the family BBQ. Haha

Location wise I think the Bellevue spot will be better because there will be 11+ car and parking might be an issue. I do understand some members want for a more social gathering of a BBQ. How about we have a the BBQ in Bellevue? Anyone with a portable grill?
