I've owned a lot of cars in my life, I've never seen that sort of complete destruction to the hubs and axle nuts. I even plucked a nickle-sized round hunk off of the end of one axle - the metal had fully delaminated from the corrosion. I think something in the way the hubs and wheels are designed must allow water to collect and sit in there.

well my plan, as someone else that just picked up a 330 manifold, is to remove the DISA valves and drop the intake into a tote with some purple power and water to degrease it.

I didn't get a chance to see if we can test the DISA valves with INPA on the 328 programming today. One day soon. I'd like to know they work before installation.

may or may not split the DISA valves open depending on how dripping with oil they are.
