Headlight washers broken, need help
Hi, its the first time here. I hope my english is practicable.
Now my problem with the headlight washers. It dosnīt work so I have checked the fuses and the relais all o.k. Then I have replaced the pump with a new one, but it still donīt work. The line from the junction box from the relais over the fuse No.43 over the pump to ground is o.k. The pump works over this line with extern 12V Power from an accu, but not with intern power of the bord battery. I'am an electrician but i'am confused. Is this an electronic problem or a coding problem with the new pump? Thank you for help me. Greetings from Vienna/Austria. |

Are your headlights on when you've tried to use the washers? (I had to ask because I've seen threads before where the poster didn't have them on).

Yes, of course, but the problem is, that the pump works with extern power with +12V from a small dryaccu on fuse no.43 against ground but not with the intern +12V from the carbattery. I don't understand this phenomen.
