E92 328i Exhaust Options?

I'm wanting to get a new Exhaust, just wondering, where do i get it done? i have Muffler shops around where i live and could take it there, but if they replace my stock BMW pipes, would i need a tune to re-issue the compression ratio in my Completely unmodded Inline 6 Engine? i could also take it to a Jackie Cooper Dealership, lemme know what's up! thanks to ya!

Though if i did the duals, would i have to buy a new bumper, most likely from a 335i? Or would it be possible to get a hole symmetrically cut into my own bumper?
thanks for the help by the way!

Do the custom cutout or you can pick up a cheap 335i bumper ..

I was planning on getting a 335i bumper but they're kind of hard to find and it's critical if i risk not getting the right bumper! will they fit on my 328i, just like that?

Alright! That sounds like it would work, but i think i'm just going to get the 335i bumper? It's the most simple haha.

Yea but if u have to buy it new I would just buy the mtech rear bumper. Trying to find a used 335i rear is somewhat hard especially if you're looking for a specific color. I know my friend has been trying to do what u want to do for awhile now but he can't find a used rear 335i bumper in his color(BSM).

Alright, i've decided to just get cut-outs in my stock bumper, done professionally, of course, i'll upload pics on how that goes in the next couple of weeks.

there are a lot of options on the market for the N52 cars that are specifically tuned for the NA engine. Just depends on how loud you want it to be and the price you are whiling to spend

Depends on the shop you take it to. I bought mine from the shop brand new. It was way cheaper then what the website wanted for it. The one part I would get on my own would be the tips. The shop I went to had some welfare tips. I'll change them out soon.

So i've taken my 328 to a Muffler shop and they lifted up the car so i could see under. When i saw inder, i had no idea how i was going to get a cutout?! the trunk well is down low where they would have to cut out.. how did the other guy do it?

Wow, such old times..
I actually own a 335i now and I love the sound. But, having it for a couple years, I want a little more so I'm doing the PE exhaust mod next weekend. 335i>328i. As for having a turbo'd vehicle, I don't even care much about how it looks anymore. I'll be satisfied after I get this exhaust mod done.

I already planned on it! My phone may not do it justice, but I'm sure it'll show the difference.

If you're familiar with the mod..
What I plan on doing is cutting the muffler open and just covering the large holes and leaving the perforated holes in the mufflers.
I think I might even make a DIY video. It'll probably help others, instead of them having to read a ton on the matter, like I did.
