Been a while since I last posted, have not stopped modding, just been busy gathering parts lel.... One of those parts was a M3 mirror/window switch, so I can use the folding mirror feature of the new mirrors.
As luck would have it, InQ (Nic) came across a couple of switches and grabbed one for me (thanks mate) Popped this into the arm rest this morning, and is all ready for coding Install took about 1 min including, testing the button functions after plugging it in lel Pics below Pic 1 - M3 Mirror window switch, with folding mirror button Pics 2, 3 & 4 - Removing the stock E92 switch, just pull up and unplug Pics 5 & 6 - New switch installed |

Was a newer model diff with the new bolts It is now with Difflab in Qld getting a new housing and LSD installed under warranty The great thing about mfactory is they have great after sales service. Both times I have had a problem, they have replaced (not repaired) stuff immediately without question The first time, I had a LSD from a group buy that turned out to be the wrong model for my diff. They replaced it with the correct model in 24 hrs, no charge. This time when the diff failed after two years on the road, same thing. Response was "no problem, we'll take care of it" and they are replacing both the damaged pumpkin and LSD Mfactory after sales service has been second to none (10/10) Other vendors would be arguing that its installer error or other crap to dodge the warranty. Point being, is you can buy a mfactory LSD and not worry, plenty running around perfectly and if you do have a problem, they will take care of it guaranteed |
