Just bought an 07' 335i Coupe

Hey, recently bought a 335i coupe 21k mileage for $25k. Looks to be I got a great deal. Car comes with 30 day warranty. Should I go to BMW for a full inspection to see if if this car has any issues? Or should I go to a local shop and save a few $$$?

Within a week of buying the car I bought a 2 yr extended maintenance warranty, I made sure the CPO was good for however long of a time. It may be a waste of money but it's a peace of mind for me since I'm the 3rd owner of the car and I don't the history of what it's been through.

Before your 4 year warranty is up have the dealer check the whole car or you can do it now, whatever you like.

Is CPO over? If yes then I'd do whatever to have a peace of mind to have it checked out. Depends on your wallet if you want indy or dealer. If you buy the warranty, maybe the dealer will say "we can check your car for you too if you want". Goodwill check up.

We offer various inspections you can choose from, ranging from the common 27 Point Inspection to the Pre Purchase Inspection (PPI). You can also see the extended warranty plans we can offer you at the same time. I know an indy shop may be slightly cheaper, but they don't have the ability to look up your service history or plug in factory software to check for stored fault codes. Plus, i'll be able to get you some sort of discount if your interested.

I see your location is Cali..I'm in NYC. Will that be an issue?

I just got a quote from a BMW Dealership for about $290+ tax for a PPI. Seems a bit on the high side.
