255/35/18 square. 9" ET30 Apex Arc 8's in hyper silver on Michelin PSS.

KW V1's on their highest setting, no rubbing.

Going from stock 225/45/17 to this setup has totally transformed the car. Highly recommend.

Did you have to make any changes at all running that set up? And how are you liking it?

Here are a few more…

E90 LCI 335d (Alpine White) stock M-Sport Suspension with M3 front Control Arms & Camber Pins Pulled. Rear fenders rolled. Max camber for this setup (no spacers, camber plates, aftermarket suspension bits, etc).

Winter Mode:

Anthracite Apex Arc-8 17x8 ET20 with 225/40r17 Blizzaks

Summer Mode:

Hyper Silver Apex Arc-8 17x9 ET30 w/ 255/40R17 Continental Extreme Contact Sport
Hyper Silver Apex Arc-8 17x9.5 ET35 w/ 275/40R17 Continental Extreme Contact Sport

To answer the inevitable questions with 275 rears on e90LCI: no rubbing yet in normal driving conditions; see vehicle specs in top of post for suspension/roll/etc.

Note: Conventional internet wisdom seems to be “Anthracite>Hyperblack>Hypersilver.” I’ve seen all and clearly disagreed with my dollars on the summer set. It all depends on your car, your taste, and the overall look your going for. I decided I wanted to keep peak performance while making people guess “did it come that way”? Do what you most prefer.
