At the shop 3-8pm tomorrow (trying to leave earlier tho)
and Saturday 9-3pm. Swing by if you want. Got a few things going on.. 1) Re wrapping my rear bumper and cleaning up some stuff 2) Wrapping one or two steering wheel trims (one pending a visit, othere is here) 3) Wrapping a Subaru's door trim and headlights 4) Wrapping two sets of interior trim 5) Waiting for a Subaru race car to be towed in for complete wrap. Will probably start cleaning it if it's not too cold 5a) If I have time, gotta put the summers on the M and get it street ready. I want to drive it next week! (plugs, oil change, coolant flush, diff fluid change all pending) 6) Mercedes roof wrap if he decides to come. He's been delaying since last week lol |

Chrome or brushed stainless tips? I was going to go black chrome but I think it's too dark on my car...I was thinking the brushed stainless would match my wheels better...
Thoughts? And yes these add like 15 whp. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=237510

When I was looking at them I was going to get these. Way cheaper and if you search "ebay tips cyba" you'll see a bunch of guys bought these and had good luck with them. |

Itching to break out the E92. Work parking lot is still covered in salt.

I'd do K1 in Wilmington. Anyone ever been? Is it pretty much like F1 Boston?

The tracks are more technical (no flat-out driving like F1), the cars are far less obnoxious (electric, no fumes) and it is cheaper. Also since they are electric it requires less staff to run each track (in the event of an accident they remotely slow everyone down to a walking pace Add to the fact that the cars are all still pretty new and you have a nice place to go racing, locally.. To answer your question though: I did go last week for the first time, but I will certainly be back. I went with a couple of guys who are way more into racing than I am and they both loved it too (especially compared to F1) Last edited by willzim; 03-08-2016 at 01:51 PM.. Reason: more deets |
