Do the cheap things Inxguy suggests first before worrying of replacing the turbos. Vacuum lines before anything else. There is an excellent 14 step video Tunemyeuro put out on youtube. This gave me perfect directions for changing the vacuum lines. It delves into pressure converters too so if you need to change one of those, he shows how to get to them. Hold off of converters until you do the lines is my advice.

I wouldn't trust anyone that's looked at this car to be honest. Go see Andrew at TuneMyEuro and get a proper once over done.
