Grinding noise

I can hear a grinding noise only for a second then stops when I’m accelerating at the 1k-2k Rev range in 1st and 2nd gear, I’ve noticed it so much louder when starting from a cold engine then it progressively gets to where I can’t hear it at all.

It’s not when I’m changing gear either as I tried it in manual and it still makes the noise.

Can anyone suggest what it could be?

Update-

I’ve found out the noise happens when the car is stationary in park too, so hopefully that eliminates a few things not sure what though.
