To remind you again. Your stuff was shipped out. It was paid via PayPal goods and services, it was your responsibility to check with PayPal if you had any problems. We both paid out of the pocket for the buyer and seller protection. It's not my responsibility that you didn't receive the package. I have already told the police exactly what happened. So I am telling you that there's NO solution now. I am not going to refund you or help you to locate the package after you made that cunty comment in the previous thread.

You never provided me with tracking information as has been the issue all along..

If I had tracking and you purchased insurance, I could get my money back as this is outside the 183 day window for a refund via PayPal

That is a lot of money to be lost and I don't understand how this can not be resolved ?

I've purchased from Canada, and basically ROW over the years and have always been able to find a solution to a problem. I see that this has escalated but as a seller and buyer I wouldn't be able to sleep at night unless I could square things up some how. To add, a tracking number is the first thing I'd send to a buyer, confused as to why you wouldn't ?

I certainly wouldn't purchase from the seller in future if he doesn't somehow help to make this right. The various accounts doesn't help as it comes across as very suspect.

I join these forums to avoid this sort of malarky and am very disappointed to have to come across this thread.

Here's hoping this will find a happy ending.

Am I the only one confused as to how you waited 183 days for a package or tracking #. If i didn't have it withing a week or 2 within payment id be disputing it. 183 days id have to have assumed the seller died and went to heaven to justify that one.

Most of my emails to seller went unanswered, especially the messages where I asked for tracking information. Because it was the summer of Covid I was willing to be flexible, but the tracking information never materialized. Unlike most of the population, "Chris/Joshua" believes his responsibilities end when he drops the package at a shipper, assuming that ever happens. Claims it is now the buyer's responsibility to track the package or make a claim to PayPal. Then, because he has no facts to dispute his scam, he resorts to name calling.
