nope procede is fine as far as I can tell, it's the O2 sensors that are playing serious havoc...

It really isn't that bad, been there a lot of times and have good local knowledge to help. It's certainly not in my list of scary places and i've been to over 70 countries so far. Anyway 5 of the 9 days will be in Margarita staying at the Hilton so that is quite safe. In Caracas it'self there is a lot of redeveloped areas to visit at night where the more well off go and is quite safe with a local friend/guide.

Let me know what Margarita is like. I very nearly went there and would have stayed in the Hilton funnily enough. PM me when you get back and let me know if its worth a visit.

OK, will do! Off to Egypt today before Venezuela on Staurday so it will almost be May when i get back. Holding a seminar at the Hilton for 20 people so won't have much time to get out and about as I am working.
