Okay modders!

I need recommendation of exhaust tips for my CP-E exhaust. One of the tip has been damaged, and since they do not sell replacement tips, I might as well cut out the current tips (Glen will be happy

) and put in a different one?

Yessssssssssssssssssss

Get something understated and about 10" shorter. Don't get huge tips. You don't want it to look like a crazy aftermarket exhaust in case of a police check. Or maybe get some cool black tips. That could be neat. But again, understated.

autobar had a few. also agtronic made me some custom 2.5 inch ones for my exhaust...idk if he will still do it though. he welded them on

Ken, there's a muffler place on Cote de Liesse near the Dorval circle. I forget the name of it but they do have tips and they can customer make stuff as well.

That's where I went to make my custom downward pointing tips to pass the sound check at Tremblant.

Need to repair the CP-E exhaust before I hand it down to it's new owner. Hopefully I don't get raped to have both tips replaced. Any rough idea how much it would cost me to have the 2 tips cut off and replaced? Yeah, CP-E doesn't sell tips separately

Sad to see the CP-E go, as the sound is indeed intoxicating! One of the best sounds for the 335!

Gonna go pick-up my new 3.5 inch single pipe/single muffler exhaust, sound should be definitely less sexy, but I'd save a few lbs on weight

Priorities, priorities.

Track car update: I am leaning towards keeping the 335 and make it go sub 2min, both by driving better and by lightening it up a little

I have no interest, none whatsoever, in going sub 1m50s at LCMT.....
