Where to buy parts in Toronto

Hey, so my computer is telling me my micro filter is in need of replacement very soon and i honestly don't want to pay the $150 bucks the dealer charges for something that takes 10 minutes.

So i've been trying to find a good part store online or in the GTA. Does anyone have any suggestions on where i should look?

Mike at Maranello BMW Will give you a discount if you tell him you are from the Maxbimmer forums.

Otherwise, online you can go to Tisher's website at: www.getbmwparts.com

IIRC, the cabin/micro air filter and air filter for the engine is a Mahle or Mann filter, you can get those at Part Source for 30-45 dollars, which is way cheaper than what I was quoted for at BMW of Mississauga and Budds BMW in Oakville ($100+ for the filters).

RealOEM.com and type in the last 7 digits of your VIN or you can just browse by your model.

I got my cabin filter replaced from RMP Motors.

They installed it for $55.

I think that good deal?

To be honest, you need to just remove a couple screws and the cover pops off. About a 5 min job.

If anyone wants me to do it, I'd gladly do it for $30.

It was $55 parts and labour all together. So microfilter installed .

So even at autopartsway price they still fair price.

I think it is fair

21 dollars for the labour to install a micro filter? If you say so.
