Finally got my bushings for the rear calipers. Is there a way to make sure I insert them in the proper spot in the calipers ?

Question,
I now have an m3 Master Cylinder installed, e9X M3 rear end (knuckles, caliper 355mm rotors) and OEM front on my 335is. The front is plug and play, but what would I need, and could anyone point me to whoever sells what would be required to complete the rear on e9x M3 rear knuckles.

this may be a better place to ask. I've read lots of conflicting info on the front calipers for the f30. I hear that any of them should be a direct bolt on but some work with 370mm rotors and others 340mm rotors. from what I can tell all the unfinished gray brembos on the f30 series were meant to be used with 340mm rotors. but I've seen some that actually have 340 stamped into them. these do not.
Before I buy these to fit to my e93 I'm hoping someone can help me confirm these are an oem caliper meant to work with 340mm rotors: I believe that it is, but maybe I am wrong. |

Usually they have 340 or 370/80 on the back, but almost always the unpainted calipers like that are the 340 version. Wait for confirmation from others though.

Hi All,
This is my first time responding on this epic thread, and its amazing to see the collective desire to retrofit really leads to some fantastic solutions! Thanks for the contributions to everyone in this thread. I've also been so surprised by the willingness of fellow e90post enthusiasts to help answer questions through multiple PMs. Particular shoutout to Firechicken poseidonhkg LMB335IS Michaellcoates BdSM n54iS Now all fitted, with OEM 'fire orange' BBK with 10-12 spacers front-rear. Completely transforms the car, a better linear braking feel and refreshes its look to mix with current production cars (IMO!) |

I can't wait to put my set on, hopefully around the new year or so. I have a brand new red set, but need to buy new rims as my 18" VMR barrel will not fit over them. All you guys are making me jealous haha |

I tried looking back through the thread, but could not find any link. Where are you guys buying the 345mm E60 rear discs that are slotted and dimpled like the bmw performance ones?

I had mine custom dimpled and slotted at R1 to match the M Performance fronts. Be sure to ask for dimples and slots going the same direction to match on both sides, I believe they are 2 lefts? Have to check direction in photo to be sure.
