FS: 2008 BMW 328xi 6 Speed
I pretty much scoured the entire tri-state looking for a stock, nicely maintained car that did not break the bank. This car is well maintained by a former BMW tech, but unfortunately I can't keep it. If anybody in the area is interested to come check it out, I am in the Longbranch, NJ area for the next couple of weeks until Labor Day, then in NYC area. 2008 328xi coupe Sparkling Graphite Black Dakota Interior in great shape Sport Package (has 17" square tire setup, optional snow tires not mounted) Premium Package Cold Weather Package 6 Speed Manual (hard to find in these parts!) N51 engine, so you get the famous SULEV warranty No iDrive- repeat, no idrive which is a great thing! Clean NY Title- No accidents, have CARFAX if interested 130k miles on the clock, will not move much as I am only driving it on weekends. I do not have any service history records, but the guy I bought it from was a BMW tech, and owns a shop in upstate NY. Starts up with no hesitation, and no error lights on the dash. Here are the following maintenance items done since his ownership (since 119k miles) and other notes -Oil changes every 5k miles (next one due around 132k) -Coil Packs replaced -Spark Plugs replaced -Alternator replaced -Exhaust Manifolds -Rear Brakes/rotors replaced 500 miles ago, fronts in good shape -Cat Converter -We did not see any oil leaking under the car -Clutch is strong, does not slip -Overall drives great, and paint is in great shape minus a couple of scrapes on the bumpers. I just noticed one or two rock chips on the hood. Cons: -Needs OFHG, I have it on order along with an aluminum coolant flange as I read that it is a much better design -I was installing a Bovee Bluetooth adapter, and the aux unit fell into the center console somehow. I do not want to take the console apart, but the unit is connected, and will work with your phone to stream audio (sounds GREAT btw!) -Head unit slightly faded during the daytime (I can see it just fine) and works fine at night. Not sure if this was a random thing, or if it stays like that during the day. -No spare tire, and the car is running Continental DWS. Car was originally spec'ed with run flats which everyone hates. I have a small air compressor on order. Asking $7k. If anybody is interested, please PM me. Photos below, if additional photos are needed please reach out to me Last edited by solo118; 09-08-2020 at 12:16 PM.. |

Bump, wanted to include interior photos. Car is now located near NYC, no longer in NJ. Interior is in excellent shape, very little plastic peeling, only on the driver's door grab.
Sorry for upside down photos! The ! error is for a rear tail light, no other fault codes. |
