You can get an EGR cooler from RockAuto for $234 and install it yourself. You will also need to top the coolant because you will loose some.

If the harmonic balancer pulley has not been replaced, you should change it soon. At 86 K miles, it is due to fail and you can be stranded.

When you reach 100 K, then the motor mounts are due to fail.

Does anyone have an upper egr cooler

Hi does anyone have an old upper egr cooler? I too need to pass an emission test and have a broken cooler spring.
