Dealer told me my rear wheels had small cracks in them and it is not covered by warranty.. however a friend of mine says these wheels had a cracking problem in europe and were recalled. What to do what to do?

The pic is not needed. All 335is cam with style 313 in 18 or 19". The warranty will not cover damage to wheels from road hazards, which is what the tech, service writer, service manager, BMWNA field rep and everyone else up the line will say caused the damage. There is no such recall in the U.S. Just replace and move on. I advise getting rid of the runflat tyres, which contribute to cracking and bending of wheels with their rock hard sidewalls.
