rear shock top mount bushes

hi guys anyone here uprated the top bushes for the rear shocks? i bought some polyeurethane ones from strongflex eu and the harshness is 90SHa they feel very stiff not sure whether they will be any good? i know the standard ones are made out of foam. im running bilstein b14 coilovers

Look for the Monroe bushings. They are hard rubber. Cheap as chips and a good in-between the stock foam and poly.

I'd assume they are available in the UK.

I wouldn't go with poly bushings for street duty. Rubber or foam help keep the NVH low, you'll have more noise and vibration with these.

I can feel a slight difference. They just don't wear out like the OEM ones.

Are you saying - you have the Power Flex upper rear shock mounts (in yellow) & you're not experiencing no increase in NVH back there... ?

I too have the powerflex yellows on the rear shock top mounts. I have the b14 kit and I fitted these after the standard ones wore out. Massive improvement and no issues with nvh.

I have the powerflex poly upper mounts as well. Had to go to a 12mm diameter mount due to the coilovers. No NVH. Car feels great.

My 2011 335i sedan actually feels better & is quieter in the back end with these yellow Power Flex rear user & lower shock mounts...
