I would say about equal, both Stoptech and Rotora are really reputable brands. They are about same level as Brembo for less money.

AP Racing is different level though.

I believe the hubs rust on stocks.
Rotoras hubs are rust-free.

Some 18's will fit this setup.

Most of the e90 18's wont, some of the f30 will like the 400m and the new m3/m4 513 should be able to fit this.

Then you have other wheels like Apex, te37, rs ii, tc3 that are known to fit BBK's

Hard to tell frankly, but I looked up calipers and rotor part numbers and they do match on i, d, and xi. So it's a good chance.

Clears 18" Advans RS. Doesn't clear stock 193s.
Test fits would be the best way to determine.
