Ordered E92 Already, Can I Switch to ED?
Long story short, I've already placed my order for a '09 E92, which is set for production soon and for an October delivery date in the U.S. Can I switch my U.S. order to an European delivery even though my order is already in the works? If no, thread closed If yes, what is the next step in making the change?
Thanks in advance |

Yes, but they'll need to cancel this car and start over with new production allocation/number.
Also they'll need to request a pick-up date. As I recall, there was some e-mail floating around that no 09 ED cars until Oct. for Munich delivery. They can't simply convert this car into an ED order.

The good news is that you can walk away from your current order. And supposedly ED cars do not come out of the dealer's standard allocation, so to them it's like selling an extra car. So, you should get cooperation on this.
