I think the customers want to see the lights both during the day and at night.
I still cannot decide after seeing them!

The problem is: the lights should be as clean and visible during the day
and the same time as bright and less blurry/washed as possible.

If you put a strong light that shows a lot during the day, at night the edges of the lights will merge with the ring and thats ugly, u don't see the edges of the ring anymore at night.

I hope I have been clear in my description.
There is also other factors as well, quality of the material used (melt or not, heat issues etc...), whiteness bluish color and that depends upon what the customer wants and the price of course.

Also, it prevents any inherent bias that might come from a vendor (understandably).

My goal was (and is) to provide a 1 stop shop for the most commonly used Angel Eye replacements, whether they be bulb swap outs or full kits, so that people can look at them posted in an objective viewpoint.

.
Now just a comment about this.
when your talking about the rings blurring together - that Only happens in pictures, not real life. in the night pictures it shows them a a blob of light, that not what it actually looks like at all. Camera's have a very hard time capturing light, especially the point ans shoot cameras.
When looking at the lights in real life, there is never any blurring or merging of the lights.

Absolutely true. Picture quality has a ton to do with the lens. :P

Still looking for better comparison shots for any of the ones I have up, or any ones I might have missing that you all feel like you'd like to see listed.

How are MTec's for the day? I'm considering getting some for my 06 E90? From the pics, they look pretty clean but i'd like some more day pictures, preferably high resolution before I make the move

Also NIGHT PICS please

Just installed Wiesslicht angels and Mtech turning lights

Here are a few before and after shots of my angles. Conditions were fairly bright overcast day. Although had not seen the sun in over a week, so my interpretation of "bright" might be off. As far as what pics are preferred for comparison, not much I could do about the clouds, and I forgot about the night shots. NOT about to uninstall them to get sunny/night shots though.

Not sure on your bulb problem, though.

The MTEC or Lux would be the better matching of the two. RDash has a bluish hue.

Update: For anyone who runs into this wierd problem. I have also had an occasional problem with my heated steering wheel not staying on after starting the car, immediatly turning on rear defrost, and seat heater. So looking for an answer to that (turn it on last, after a few seconds of running) I read about this cars "sensitive" electronics. I decided to let the car "shutdown" completely. I popped the hood and walked away for 1/2 hour. Came back to it without my CA fob and changed lights, buttoned it back up and restarted. Has worked for two restarts now, and hopefully permanantly.
