I am a reasonable guy. From the beginning, if a decent offer comes around i'll take it. I screwed up, i just don't want to lose my ass on them and was just trying to make a buck to help support some family issues

yes i do. it wasn't the right thing to do but i did it and its over.

i did infact pay 450 for them though and i still do not think 500 is unreasonable, but the realty of getting 500 for them at this point may be unreasonable.

I just talked with kw and is that housing cracked or just leaking. KW said that if it was cracked it would be anywhere between 150-350 to fix one.
