I had no problems at Morristown BMW when I leased my 328i. Very nice people that made my experience a great one. I have had friends that recommended them to me, and was surprised to read people's thoughts here!

u got a great deal..but denville blows, the manager todd is an a-hole who tans too much & the servie dept. is terrible..i was also (played-around with) by morristown, found the best people at paul miller in wayne, nj. For my e90 335xi, manual trans., premium, sport w/ 18's, nav, heated seats & pdc (gave me ipod/usb free cuz they saw my iphone & included it if ordered that day)* w/ 3000$ down (including all fees), got a lease of 600$/month (15k miles/year), once i called denville after that quote they were saying we'l match that..well beat it the first time and be competitive so u guarantee the sale for u ughhh!!

Story-telling time

I tried Morristown, Denville, and Paul Miller. I wasn't treated very well at the latter two, I have the impression they think I'm wasting their time. After the test-drive at Paul Miller, the CA told me to re-park the car, in a tone that made me feel like a chauffeur. I got nowhere at Denville as well, no response from Vanessa via emails (contacted her after reading this forum), I went there personally too, but it didn't help much.

At Morristown, I was in t-shirt (untucked) and jeans, tennis shoes and carried a school bag. I know I look like a kid, so I was completely surprised when they treated me very well, the receptionist cracked a joke and I felt at home. I would definitely go back there to buy from them again.

Maybe Denville and Paul Miller people tend to go for clients who appear rich, but, I'm just really happy that there's still people who know what true customer service should be like. Morristown gets my vote.
