How much below invoice for a MY2010

What's a good price: how much lower than the invoice for a MY2010 328i Sedan.

The left overs should come for a lower price. I am trying to figure out how my lease might work out possibly in the next month.

Well the 2500 spring credit expired already as far as I know - which definitely isn't going to help you.

Yes, I have just taken a risk, I could not find the right car in state, and was hoping to have it shipped, but that did not let me avail spring credit. NOW, It got extended to May 02,2010.

I am hoping 2500 credit kicks back in the summer again. But just in any case, I am still wondering what should be my starting price to talk about a lease, which I believe is somewhere lower than Invoice Price, How Much I still do not know.
