E91 325i N52B25 idle

Hello to all of you. I have the codes from the pictures. The picture with only 2 errors, is after the clearing the all error memory, starting the car, and than turn off the car. I had changed the MAF sensor with new - Pierburg, because, when I pull off the connection between the old sensor (Siemens VDO), the stalling and the rough idling are gone and on my mind, were the MAF sensor is faulty alredy, but when I put the new sensor in, the idle is better and the car is more responsive, but the stalling and rough idling is persisting. What it could be? I think I have broken CCV hose at the back of the Valve cover also. Can this hose be a reason for that? Or the whole CCV is bad?

If the ccv is broken it'll be letting unmetered air into the intake. So the MAF signal will be incorrect even if it's functioning correctly. Fix the ccv and any other vac leaks, and try again with the original maf.

No idea what your codes are - please post descriptions so we don't have to look them up.

2D06 - Air Mass system issue
2AC1 - Sound flap, activation
2A2F - Mixture Regulation 2
2A2E - Mixture control
2D0F - Air Mass sensor signal
2F08 - Air intake sensor signal

Have you fixed/replaced the ccv?

You need to do that - if that's leaking vacuum, then the maf readings will be out which will result in most of those codes.

[Possible MAF Connector/Wiring fault, or actual issue with "Vacuum Leak" into Intake, DOWNSTREAM / after MAF.
See Below.]

[YES, See Below.] Or the whole CCV is bad?
You have INPA. You do NOT need to guess. View Live Data (DME > F5 Status) of MAF Signal to see what the ACTUAL value is,
at idle, and at ~ 2,000 RPM, recording & reporting (1) RPM/ Motor Drehzahl, (2) Air Mass/ Luftmasse, & (3) Intake Air Temp/
Ansauglufttemperatur. Reason for recording/reporting Intake Air Temp: it is ALSO measured by MAF & previously faulty (2F08).

The Menu path for the INPA Screen that displays those three parameters/ Live Data Values:
INPA > DME (Engine | N52 MSV70) > F5 Status > F2 Analog > F1 MWB1 Measured Values 1

Attached are ScreenPrints from my 3.0L 328xi N52K. Your kg/hr MAF values SHOULD be less if your displacement is 2.5L,
and kg/hr mass flow should increase with RPM. You have to run the engine for > 2 minutes to get Intake Air Temp Signal
Fault (2F08) and that Fault, with MAF signal fault, suggests a wiring or connector issue rather than MAF/AirTemp Sensor.

If you have a "Vacuum Leak" in the hose between the Valve Cover & Intake Manifold, "UN-metered" air (Air that has NOT been
measured by MAF Sensor is entering Intake, and fueling will be TOO LEAN, as DME is injecting fuel at "stoichiometric" ratio
based upon air measured by MAF, while engine is actually taking in MORE air than measured by MAF.

If you need ISTA wiring diagrams, component locations, or connector view for MAF/Intake Air Temp Sensor, please provide
Last-7 Characters of your VIN. I can also suggest wiring/connector tests with cheap DMM (Digital Multimeter).
