Coral Red Interior?
Well after 6 months of selling my E92 325i I'm seriously missing the E92, now in the hunt for a diesel 325/330.
My budget accounts for something in the LCI 325D range. 330D Pre LCI seems to be of a similar price but having owned a LCI previously I think I'd miss the 313's and white angels. So I've found a Black E92 325D (would defo remap) which also has red seats, but my question is what's coral red like to live with? I've only seen it from outside a black coupe and it looks nice just worried it'll be an eyesore to live with when sat inside the car. I really am keen to get another coupe with iDrive, I know even the CIC is starting to age a bit but when you've had it, it's hard to go without. Which is a shame as I found a nice white 325D coupe LCI but no idrive :-( |

Red leather is beautiful.
My E90 has blue leather and I love it. Black is just boring. If you like the car without I drive why not get it retrofitted |

I have a silver car with coral red leather.
I think it looks amazing with the contrasting colour combination. Many people have given me compliments on the quality and look of it. Definitely in favour of a LCI model. Perhaps go for some of the high mileage ones with a full service history. Really good value for money but I think sat nav is must. However, each to their own. Good luck with the hunt. |

I'd rather have 'boring black' than have the interior look like a room in a posh brothel

I've had coral red in my previous sapphire black E92 and my current alpine white F30 and I wouldn't hesitate to get it in my next car. I'd have been happy with black, but honestly the red just makes the cabin that bit more interesting and like others have said I've had several compliments. One thing to note is it doesn't always photograph well, it can often look way brighter than it really is in the flesh.

Cheers for the feedback guys. I am swaying towards the red interior just to be a little different, had black on my last black e92 and while nice did look a little dull at times.
In contrast I prefer the black interior on white E92's yet a lot of E92's in white seem to have the coral red seats. The black one I'm look at hopefully after Christmas is a 2011 325D with auto box, heated seats, idrive etc |

Coral is a lot more "red" that I'd go for. Mine's Rotbraun, so it's slightly darker.
It's my favourite part of the car tbh, I've really grown to love it. I'd go LCI if you can stretch too, the pre-LCIs look SO dated now. |

Coral red is a fab colour, looks far better in reality than pictures!, everyone compliments me on such a nice colour too. We also have another bmw with black leather and it just looks drab in comparison!, I don’t think I’d get black again!

I love red leathers but it depends on the exterior colour imo. In fact, all interiors look nice as long as they compliment the paint colour. Red seats in a red car would look silly for example. Red paint = black interior........black paint = red interior.
@manmoths, your rotbraun looks very classy, never seen that before. Shame they're not electric though. |

Don't think Rotbraun is a million miles away from coral red
I've also got Rotbraun on a silver car like above, and I too was initially unsure. I'm a pretty middle of the road guy, I'd been looking for a car with black leather and nothing else. Now I love it |
