Unhappy outside temprature gauge inaccuracy problem

Hi to all...I have this rather anoying than serious problem...I own an E90 series 3 BMW that was puchaced on march 2006. Anyway last week as I was going to work, the outside temprature gauge started dicreasing till -3C. Then for half a day was stuck there even though the outside temp was 14 or maybe 16C...then suddently it startred working again to what it appeared to be a normal behaviour...but the readings are lower from 1,5 to 3,5C lower than the real outside temprature which was and still is correctly shown to my 2 friends same models purchased on the same date. I've replaced the sensor but the readings remain the same. Always lower...It seems like the 0 point of the reading is decalibrated to a 3 C lvl lower...is that possible? Does anyone had the same problem? I know that it might seem funny or too much to some of you...but I haven't paid 45000 euros for a car to have even something like that not working...

take it to the dealer, they'll fix it bro. Why waste your time and/or money trying to fix it yourself? It's probably a programming issue.
