Help, Please!!!
I have a 2007 E90 335I. Build date 3-12-2007. It has the logic 7 with 6FL option. My USB/Aux has not worked for a long time. With all this time on my hands, I figured I would try to fix it so I could get bluetooth audio back in my favorite ride. When I connect the bluetooth USB and aux cord, I get no power to USB and the AUX option appears to be grey'd out in the audio selection menu. The
I think it may be related to about 3-4 years ago having my battery/alternator go out and having to be replaced. Could this be that the car was not coded correctly when they did this? I have a TCU and MULF (or MULF2-H: Not sure) in the trunk. I have searched and read numerous posts about the USB, Aux not working, but no real information on trouble shooting. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this? Also....bluetooth phone works. Foxwell diagnostics states the TCU ok, MOST Ok. Thanks! Last edited by painoz; 03-26-2020 at 08:11 AM.. |

USB and Aux comes from the Mulf 2 Hi .
6FL There shouldn't have been any coding associated with the alternator or battery registration that would cause the Mulf 2 Hi to go bad. You might check the fuses if there is no power to the mulf A botched update of the entire software in the car might. https://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/at...9&d=1539905743 Even the BMW diagnostics don't do a very good job on the Mulf Modules but they are better than anything else. Bimmergeeks K/D can cable is and Ista D is better than anything out there. Last edited by ctuna; 03-27-2020 at 03:00 AM.. |

Thanks for the info. Is that Fuse 13? I also can't find a definitive answer if I have a USB hub. I don't have a USB in the glove box. Just the center console.
