Farewell G35 335i on order

Well, just watched the shipping truck pick up my car today. I am officially out of a vehicle for 6-8 weeks, or so they tell me.

bye, bye G
That was a really tasteful looking G. I'm going from Infiniti to BMW too, but mine is an FX35.

This is what I will drive for the time being...This and that hummer in the background. My parents were cool enough to help me out instead of having to rent a beater and pay $100+ a week. I am thinking the proceeded 335i should beat this 55. There will be a video of the race when the time comes

Wow, there are a lot of us "going from a G35 to a 335" people. Mine is black too. Of course I am still driving it since I can't get the new car until June. I didn't want to rent something for that long.

I was thinking of going away from black too, but I just love black cars too much. Sure it's a lot of extra maintenence. But since I am a swinging bachelor, this is my child. I can afford to baby it a little.

Same thing I had before the G in 45 trim. Thanks for the compliments on the G. I was sad watching it drive off, it was by far the best looking coupe in its class out there until the 335i came out IMO.

I threw in the wheels with the sale. They were 20x10.5/20x8.5 iforged evolutions

I like the looks of the G35 (and still prefer it over the E90,E92,E93)
however the new G37 looks fugly and imo I prefer the E90,E92,E93 over it.

black was murder for me to take care of in the NE... I'll never buy a black car again.

a bimmer is a bimmer i wouldnt applaud us(or me) for comming over to it. its not light years ahead of the G and its neck and neck with the G37.

have fun guys !

One of the reasons I sold it now is because of the G37 release in August. I did not want to lose money because of the new G coming out.

F1 CL55 is 498/516 0-60 4.5 1/4 12.8 @ 116. I think it should be close from the #'s people are seeing. It is tricky launching that 55 without tire spin, you kinda have to apply pressure to the gas pedal without just slamming it to the ground. The shifting time on the F1 shifters is dissapointing, huge delay.
