Black Door Handle Groove

Hey so i saw a white mercedes this weekend with white exterior door handles but the grooves of the handle were black, I was wondering if anyone had seen this before and where I could get the part for it, if its just a sticker?...it would look like this

It's all once piece so there's no 'part' for it - but you could do this with paint or even some kind of vinyl.
