Sukh Singh’s 325d LCI

Thought I would start a journal with this one as I may be keeping it for a while!

So after a few other cars; VW polo, Audi A3, e60 530d and e46 330cd I’m back in a e92!

A few pics:

Older e92 330d journal here:

https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...php?p=20243263

I was initially after a e93 330d but this one came up and it had a very hi spec so had to have it.

Spec high lights:
2010
Alpine white
Red heated leathers
Manual!
Prof sat nav with hard drive
Blue tooth/aux
Individual audio 😎
313 alloys.
List/cost price was over £41k new!😳

70k Miles (when I got it) Full BMW history
1 owner from new
And no mods!

Pic after first wash....
A pic with the wife’s 320d e90

Not done a lot to the car since I have owned it (March) service etc etc. Mini exterior detail looks like it’s only seen £3 car washes and the odd SRP session which is all over trims and black plastics! 😤

Plans so far:
1.tidy up bodywork has a few grazes and small dings
2.Change the chrome window trims to black
3. Full detail machine polish exterior and steam clean interior.
4. Remove runflats
5. Fit 359 style alloys
6. Add a boot subwoofer to compliment Indi audio
7. Hi kick spoiler
8. Front splitter
9. Remap

ström 359m style alloys 9 & 10j

Yes done to death but one of my faves on the e9x!

Wanted gunmetal grey but they are out of stock had to settle for hypersilver

Can’t decide on tyres...any recommendations?... leaning towards Goodyear asys from a price point and wear rate

And one of the car after a clean....

Since owing the 325, haven’t really had time to carry out a deep clean interior wise or managed to machine polish the exterior.

Made a start the other day on the interior

Driver seat

50/50

Passenger door card:

Don’t realise how dirty it is till you make a start!

Managed to complete most of the interior, driver seat could do with another once over.

Method:
Once over with the Steam cleaner and wipe down with fairy in warm/hot water.

Glipitone leather cleaner with various brushes.

Will post up full interior pics on completion.

Decided to do the door shuts as my ocd was kicking in.

Will most likely do these areas again when I mange to get round to the exterior and finish them with a spray sealant of some sort.
