Need help identifying hose

I recently removed the splash shield to do some work on my car and took it on a test drive. When I came back, I noticed I had been dragging a hose the entire time

Can anyone please help me identify what it is?

Did some research and I believe it’s the power steering pressure hose which makes sense since steering wheel is very stiff. Can anyone confirm?
