Stock to round fog light conversion

Hey. I want to change my stock fog lights on my bmw e92 328i to the round fog lights because they look so much better. How would I be able to do that. Without buying a whole m3 bumper

M-sport bumper conversion?

design +mold/3d print filler pieces and mounts for the M-sport fogs?

paint match or black vinyl to cover the excess of the stock fogs?

That or go to walmart, buy round fog lights and drill them into your bumper wherever you please
