If i'm not mistaken those are LED units and you can't really swap the bulb?

Car does hot & cold checks pretty often. Those need to be disabled via software coding.

Depending on your FRM module it's something like below:
KALTUEBERW_RL_BL_1 - Cold monitoring of outer tail lights
aktiv -> nicht_aktiv

KALTUEBERW_RL_BL_2 - Cold monitoring of inner tail lights
aktiv -> nicht_aktiv

Hot monitoring also to nicht_aktiv

Should solve your issue.
This is because LEDs have lower internal resistance compared to halogen and when i swapped my High Beams to LED they would sometimes breifly light up numerous times by their own.

Hi, thank you for the input and yes thats what im thinking too and Will try coding this weekend. Its mostly leds but som lights are still halogen such as the side blinkers. Thing is those taillights are designed for my vehicle type and should have been plug n play considering all the resistors included to offset for that internal resistance difference between led and halogen :/

There is no such a thing if led neon 😜. OK On a seriuos note, I see what you mean. Remove the tail light and inspect the board make sure water or loose connection or something preventing to turning ON?

Haha you might be right i just used the term for the light as the manefacturer described it. Everything inside is perfectly fine 😔 it works sometimes like today with no issues and other times not. Will try to tweak some code stuff and see
