I would love to get some new rims, however every set that I look at is going to cost a bit more than I can squeeze out of my wallet right now.

Oh and speaking of rims, has anyone else had issues with the paint flaking off of their factory ones? Its been getting kinda bad on mine...

I have heard great things about the Hankook Ventus V12 Evos. I am really excited!!!!!!!

should be solid tires... I've heard good things about them as well. You should post a review here once you've got 'em.

I just put these on my new 19's last week and broke them in on a 1000 mile road trip this weekend, they did well on 3 Dragon runs yesterday!

If you bought the car used, then the wheels have been refinished and that is why they would be flaking.

Welcome...you'll love it even more with the JB4. What method do you plan on using to black out the chrome?

good old spray paint, held up good for awhile but is now chipped and requires re-doing. I'm gonna put in a little more effort this time and hopefully it'll hold longer...i'm cheap haha

Yes! I have been emailing back and forth with Luis a lot past 2 days. They will be in the mail TODAY!

We are going to 2nd day ship them back and I should be installing them Friday at some point.

That is of course assuming that nothing goes wrong, which seems to be the trend of this whole thing so far lol

Welcome to the team! The oil cooler on my E93 was located on the passenger side, directly in front of the wheel.

If you look inside the wheel well, facing forward, there should be a plastic grill.

on the otherside of that grill is the oil cooler.

Or to make this really easy, here is a picture, it is located behind where the number 1 is located.

http://parts.bmwofsouthatlanta.com/i...ize/166912.jpg

and should look something like the image below...

http://parts.bmwofsouthatlanta.com/i...ize/162555.jpg

edit: btw, you need to remove the bumper to get to it. Which is about a 45 minute job and has about 34 some odd screws in the way.

Do not put the tune in until all of your recalls are done on your 335

Cleveland Cars & Coffee 2011!!!

As some of you may know – the café at Quay55 closed at the end of 2010.
SO – we have a new location for Cars & Coffee this year.

We will be meeting the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of May-October, Rain or Shine, at Starbucks @ City View
9791 Vista Way, Garfield Heights, OH
(This is the complex right off 480 at Transportation Blvd - one exit East of the 480/77 interchange).

Times:
1st and 3rd Saturdays of the months May-October. First meet is Saturday, May 7th.
Approximate times are 830am-1030am - but come and leave whenever you want!

The manager at Starbucks is excited to have us, and there is plenty of parking that we will have to ourselves.
We have also notified the Garfield Heights PD that we’ll be meeting there and encouraged them to come by.

Once again, this is an informal, not-for-profit, fun gathering of exotic/sports/classic car owners and respectful enthusiasts. There will be no racing, burnouts, or other such behavior tolerated. It's not a car show or a swap meet. Leave your ricer at home, and check your attitudes at the door.

Thats the oil cooler. You should also have 2 oil lines that come off of the oil filter housing and over the the passenger side.

Hey guys! I just wanted to jump into this thread because I'm relocating from Las Vegas to Cincinnati within a month. I'm not sure what to expect with the car scene but I'm hoping to meet up with some local BMW enthusiasts when I get into town and get settled.

I sold my '05 AW/C Dinan S3 E46 M3 a month ago and will be rolling into town in a 2008 CR/CR E92 335i. Would anyone happen to have a good recommendation for an indie shop?

Look forward to meeting some of you real soon!

Welcome to Ohio in a month. You should definitely join us for Timmayfest in June in Columbus.
